I have been working with Intelligent plumbing since 2017. For the money I spent on needed repairs, they always did the job, until now. I had outdoor spigots replaced back in 2020. Every winter the valves are shut off, hoses put away and spigots covered. I turned on the spigot for the first time and had a pipe burst in the basement. I figured this would be taken care of without any issue. Turns out, I was basically called a liar, repeatedly being asked if I left the hose on all winter. They offered to fix it at half the price. I understand this probably happens to them, but in this case, it did not. I showed them everything I do during the winter but that only goes so far. Just be careful hiring this company and expect the warranty to be covered. The ethics of this company were answered today. I want to add though, the service representative did all he could and was understanding. Can not say the same for the management.

Recently my furnace stopped working so I contacted intelligent plumbing, spoke to Arman and she had someone out the same day 4 hrs later at no extra charge. Our provider fixed the issue within 15 minutes, gave us a breakdown of all the issues, not once trying to pressure us into any services, so we had him stay to do a tune up on the service, gave us a discount for that and we ended up paying 79.00 for all services. I love the honesty and integrity of this company and its employees, you would have to be an idiot not to try this company, they deliver the best of the best services, hands down.
