"This contractor also goes by the name of "Integrity Plumbing, Septic and Drain..." and his first name is Edward and he very much strongly believes that doing the job right the first time while using the best materials is the best way for his business practice; he also believes that though a customer may feel they are spending more money initially, they are actually are saving money in the long run because the job is done right the first time and he guarantees all of his work. Would you rather spend $200. once or $150. or more, twice? (2 or more times!) Call him for all of your plumbing / septic system and/or clogged drain situations, you will"
"Thank you for that endorsement James T.! The facts are that it was the city waters curb stop?s valve stem that was leaking and yes, the water company people were extremely rude and arrogant trying to be intimidating to the customer and myself. I told James that there is a very good chance that the stem was leaking and that if we gave it enough time it would probably stop leaking because of the sediment in the water going around the stem creating a packing which would slow and then eventually stop the water leak which in fact is and was the case and the water leak has stopped. The customer was in fact in the right in this situation."
"This all came about because the Realtor that James was dealing with told me that he (the homeowner) thought that he needed just an inlet baffle to bring his septic tank up to compliance (code), to sell his house when in fact he really needed a lot more ?expensive? risers, covers and a filter. The Realtor told homeowner it would be a cheap repair when in fact it was a more costlier expense. I am a very fair, honest contractor, just look at all of my other 5 star reviews. Well James listened to his not knowing a thing about septic systems Realtor and became upset when I told him what the more accurate price was to get the tank back to code."
"Just called the homeowner to why he posted this lie for my review when he knows full well that I called him 2 times (I can verify it with my phone records); 3 days after I went and spoke with him regarding the finishing / completion of this large complex job and then 10 days after that when I did not get a call back from the customer and the message that I left him, so I left him another message...look at all of my other reviews...people love me, my crew and the great job that we do! If this guy was so eager to have me finish the job, don't you think that he would have called me if I supposedly did not call him? He didn't because he is lying!"
