Jim Bowe was a pleasure to work with. He both came to my home and also took my computer to his home/office in order to save time he would have to spend at my home and hence charge for. He could start a process at his office and then walk away while the computer did its thing, vs. sitting around at my home while doing the same thing. Unfortunately, I had more problems subsequently, but it probably is somewhat due to the age of my computer and my moderate computer skills.
