Intercity Plumbing was sent by my home warranty company for a simple toilet repair. Their tech broke the porcelain lid to my Mansfield 163. Accidents happen, but instead of fixing it, I was told one excuse after another: that Glacier Bay was ?better,? that Mansfield toilets weren?t made anymore, that lids were ?sold out,? and even that Mansfield doesn?t meet CA water standards. All false. In under 5 minutes I found the exact lid from a reputable seller for $69 + $18.95 shipping/tax, and Mansfield toilets sold at Lowe?s that meet standards and could be delivered in days. Rather than order the part, I was offered $100 (which doesn?t even cover it) or a downgrade toilet I never asked for. Weeks later, no resolution ? just wasted time and misleading claims. Reading other reviews, the rude and unprofessional replies from management show my experience isn?t unique. If my warranty sends them again, I?ll be requesting a different vendor.

Beware!!! Zero stars. If you get this number from American warranty DO NOT use them. I took time off work made an appointment and gave me a window 8am to 1pm. Patiently waited and called them to see where they were and Crystal the dispatcher rudely told me that they were not coming. She was extremely unprofessional and rude despite this being their fault. Wanted to reschedule a plumbing emergency for a week out. They will waste your time and money. Avoid at all costs. Look at the reviews online scam artists
