It's now been a month since my camera was installed. Joe and his crew were courteous and professional. They took their time and did exactly what I requested. It was worth every penny to get what I wanted.

When i met with the sales team we agreed upon a price over the phone. Several days later after the installation the vendor decided to charge my credit card for additional work which was not agreed upon. When i showed the company the quote we agreed upon, they provided me inflated prices which we never discussed. The install team did a good job and neat work, but how can you respect a company who decides to charge you what they want?

The technicians were very professional. They showed up on time, finished the job as scheduled, and even went over every detail with me so that I would be able to properly use the remote system. Great job.

The sales representative, Howard, took his time and listened to my mother's requirements for the project. 4Alarms installed the cameras the next week. The company is professional and provides a great value.

Did give enough training or instruction how the camera. Until had to call them for the wirering for camera fell. The saleman then came and gave me more instruction on it worked.

I cannot imagine trusting or hiring anyone else. Their quote was by far superior and despite some technology hiccups along the way, the team at 4Alarms worked tirelessly and refused to quit until the job they quoted was done! They are true professionals and I would love to be reference for Joe.
