While it did take longer than quoted to build my pool. I had no problem with that. But since i have paid the last bill after the pool was finished, he has not returned one phonecall I have made with questions concerning my pool, from general maintenece to cracks in my pool deck.

Chad came out andb estimated refinishing the pool and spa and we hired him . At 1st the pool and spa looked great but after a couple of weeks the concrete started crumbling in places and staining in others. We called Chad and he promised to come out and look but he never showed or responded to our letters. We filed a complaint with the Orlando BBB and they received no response from him either. We found out he has a F rating with them. Please check with the Orlando BBB before you commit to using him then you can make an informed decesion

The company was very thorough and professional. I ended up having the liner installed, completely wrinkle free! I also bought a new pump, which works so much better than my old one. I am completely delighted with my pool at this time! Ready for the summer and my pool is so cool! Thanks!

We hired Integrity Pools to fix a leak, "re-coat' the pool and redo tiles around the pool. In the middle of the process the pool popped up and cracked in two places. After paying $1900, the pool still leaks and doesn't look any better than before. We feel screwed!

"Your pool was popped before we ever met and had been sitting popped for some time.And by your own admission had a crack in the floor from the original installation.The tiles you state we were to fix are the brick coping around the pool that came loose when the pool originaly floated.You called us to reinstall them.I explained to you what needed to be done to repair and you chose ignore all options.You& your wife both said you were happy with the end result& how beautiful it was & now you bad mouth our company??Im sorry your unhappy with your pool but its by no fault of ours.We did everything we said we would and made additional repairs at n/c"

I have not one complaint working with Integrity Pools. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Their work was done when they said it would be, they were clean workers, and the workers were always pleasant. Whoever they had working with them to do other jobs, like electricians etc. were excellant also. Working with Chad was a pleasure!!!!!!!
