Great job. Tech knew exactly what to do. Even went to store for us to pick up the part we needed! Came in evening on same day we called and had everything done perfectly by the time he left. Extremely professional!!!

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY!! They showed up 2-days late for the appointment, took my computer for warranty repair in February. It's mid-May and I haven't gotten it back and can't get in touch with anyone to get it back. I've threatened calling the police to report theft and that didn't seem to matter.

"Our tech facilitated a warranty repair to MSI at no cost to the client. MSI did not repair the computer for six weeks because they did not have the parts in stock. When MSI finally got the parts, it took them 3 weeks to repair the computer and send it back. Client was informed of the delays in repairing her computer."
