I contacted this company back in April of 2021 and paid 1/2 the cost upfront to get a custom shower glass enclosure ($800). Soon after I received an excuse that they were having issues with their glass company and had to work with another glass company. After that, I attempted to contact them multiple times via phone but could never get through. I then proceeded to email the owner and he advised that it was delayed and he was working with an alternative glass company. I waited another 5 weeks and decided to go to their office location. No one was there and based on a company next door I was not the only one who had experienced the same. I still have not heard back from them nor have I received my refund for the 1/2 payment I made which I requested back from the owner. They are the worst company I have ever worked with and they took out $800 and no shower enclosure!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. After 2 months waiting, still no shower door. There was no communication with this company. I called them multiple times to get an update on my shower glass install, no one answers the phone or calls you back when you leave a message. The only way I could talk to anyone is to resubmit through home advisor. I ended up canceling my order and going with a new company, I should have a new glass door in a week. I would not recommend this company, very poor customer experience!

The beginning started off great! The rest has been so tough. They came recommended by home advisor which is why I went with them. I have still not had my work completed and it has been 2 months. My hope is that we can get this done and I can give them a great review.

The original shower doors would not work with our set-up, so they recommended shower doors that would work. They didnâ t charge us for the initial visit and they came back out and installed the new doors a couple of weeks later. great customer service.
