I did not use their services but they were very helpful in offering advice in doing our own installation. I thought that was very good customer service seeing that they did not get the job.

The deck looks very good with the solid stain...just like new, even though it's 8 years old! I suggested a little more "wait-time" to let the deck dry more following the power washing and they accommodated my concerns. Day of staining, Jim arrived within the designated time frame and worked efficiently, giving the first coat a couple hours to dry before applying the second coat. Even my neighbor said, "It looks like new!". Would recommend to others.

They did a great job and were PROMPT! The job got bigger than expected but they didn't change the price. :-)

Jake and Chris did a great job for us. They did several projects for us that spanned across 3 weeks. They kept us well informed of their daily progress and were very attentive to any of our requests. We secured their services for interior painting, carpentry repair on our front door and tearing down and building a new fence for us. They worked extremely well around our family including an 8 month old Lab puppy and my 85 year old Dad! We would definitely work with Jake and Chris in the future.

These guys went above and beyond on my small project. I had a horrible situation with wallpaper under skimcoat under layers and layers of paint, with holes starting to chip away from my walls. Interior Images worked really hard to find a good solution that wouldn't just temporarily fix the problem for a couple months. Good honest guys, not out to run up the bill with senseless gold-plating. On time, no surprises--only delayed because of the massive blizzard.

Interior images was extremely professional. They came out and provided us with a quote, which we felt was fair, and they did an excellent job completing the work on time. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because, everything they do has to be in their contract. Painting a room, does not include the window ledge, etc. Things I would've expected to be included, we were required to pay extra for, since it wasn't in the contract. But overall, very professional and courteous company, who did an excellent job removing wallpaper, and painting the rooms.

To make Interior Images it's "exterior" image look better, they may consider going little a bit over the deal and ask for clarifications of the details during the work, i.e. not to be on a too safe cost side and do the strict minimum of the work. As much as the project is discussed prior to the start, there is always something to adjust down the road.

I had some minor water damage fixed (drywall, painting, etc.). I received a call from Interior Images, and they came over very quickly to provide an estimate. Their estimate was extremely reasonable in comparison to other estimates that I received. Jake was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and called me back promply whenever I left a message. They completed the work very quickly and did an amazing job. Interior Images is professional, realiable,and does great work. I would/will use them again and I absolutely recommend them.

These guys are solution seekers... They had some smart ideas on how to better insure against future water leaking around my windows-and they did a great job, neat too. They were able to take care of another small issue I had, and didn't charge me a lot to do it. They were professional, courteous, and flexible. I would definitely use them again, and if recommending them to someone else, I know that they will do a great job. These guys work hard for the money - and with a smile on their faces.

Chris was great to work with and I thought the job was done great. A couple months after the job my window started leaking Chris would not help me, not returning phone calls and emails. I would absolutely not recommend him to anyone. If a contractor can not guarantee his work he is not a contractor anyone should work with.

Chris came out the day after I submitted my request, which was awesome. He was able to start the work within a week of his initial visit. When the project changed at the last minute, he was able to complete the work after providing a new estimate. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I trusted his diagnosis of the problem and the repairs that were made. He even offered to come back if the problems/leaking remained. No leaks from yesterday's rain, which is a great sign of great work! I would highly recommend him.
