They were responsive and took scheduling seriously. The staff is hard working and care about the job. They even fixed an issue that another contractor had "fixed". So thankful.

My encounter with Auros Home Remodel began a few months after I purchased a condo in Vallejo, CA., I was surprised when I found out the handyman my realtor had recommended to me had made horrific repairs to my kitchen and bathroom. He totally screwed up the paint job throughout the condo, he destroyed my kitchen and when I moved in and saw the awful job, he had done I became extremely distraught to the point that when I would enter my new home, I would cry. Everyday. After being consumed with heartbreak day-after-day, I contacted Angi with hopes of finding home improvement specialists who could help me fix the awful job the handyman had done. After reaching out to Angi, I was then contact by Teena a Design Consultant with Auros who agreed to meet with me to discuss remodeling strategies. The day I met with Teena; I was truly impressed. She understood my pain and really listened to me. She demonstrated her expertise as a home remodeling consultant, and through her quick recommendations to replace the stove, microwave and refrigerator, lay quartz countertops, as well as replace kitchen floor tiles, she came up with an outstanding design to fix the problems with my kitchen, it was obvious that she really cared about the bad experience I had gone through. Teena without delay got to work putting together a team of home remodeling experts to do the work in my kitchen, she even went one step further and helped me to get the financing needed to cover the cost of the work to be done. Next, I meet the team: Bob, Project Manager reached out to me and scheduled a meeting to review the measurements taken by Teena and to check out the worksite. Bob is an inspiring mega-influencer, in addition to being a brilliant light of positive energy. Annie, Project Coordinator was extraordinary when she contacted me to set-up the perfect schedule for the remodeling to begin by Christian and Jose, Construction Remodelers. It was almost like she could see into the future and knew exactly what dates would work best. Christian and Jose performed an awesome job and demonstrated their outstanding construction skills with abilities beyond those of ordinary!! They replaced all the kitchen cabinets, replaced and improved the kitchen floor titles, prepped the counter for a new sink, and for the quartz countertop. The team even fixed the bathroom lights that had been installed upside down by the handyman and replaced and improved the bathroom floor tile. Absolutely Amazing!!! Chad, Project Manager stopped by to review the work in progress by Christian and Jose. Chad was also amazing, he checked to make sure the work was going smoothly and encouraged Christian and Jose to keep up the great work they were performing. After the quartz countertops had been laid, David, Auros Plumber came by next to turn the water back on in the kitchen, install the new sink and garbage disposal. David made sure that everything was perfect, while demonstrating that he can fix any plumbing issue!! After Christian, Jose and David completed the construction remodeling, Bob returned for one last inspection to make sure that all work was completed and â expertlyâ implemented. The kitchen and bathroom are now exquisite â ¦ You should see the smile on my face now!!! No more tears! I now refer to Auros Home Remodel as â Auros Home Remodel Superheroes.â The Crusaders for the perfect home remodel. A group of 8 superheroes who have the power to transform any space into something beautiful. Together, they transformed my downtrodden kitchen and bathroom into beautiful works of art, using their superpowers to see the potential in any space and come up with creative ideas to make it look amazing. I was nervous to start a kitchen remodel project. I heard and read the horror stories about the experiences of others. I discovered Auros as a recommendation from the internet and had my first meeting with Georgi Tudoroiu, the designer, soon after receiving the recommendation. She took the time to talk about the company and the approach to a remodel. We looked at the website together to also gain more knowledge about the company. She had samples for every aspect of the kitchen remodel to pull together the look and she took initial measurements. This meeting produced visuals and a quote for the project. Georgi and Bob Schdenberger, the project manager, returned for a second meeting. Measurements and sample picks were finalized. These first two meetings set the tone for the entire project. I felt like the attention to details for the project put me at ease that I was working with a professional and knowledgeable team. The materials used for the project were abundant for the project and very high quality. Throughout the project there was constant communication with me whether it was with the office manager or project managers. The schedule was 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish. This was a big selling point during the initial meetings and the team didn't disappoint with the schedule. I also had flooring installed and there was great coordination between the kitchen remodel team and the flooring team. I'm so pleased I worked with Auros Home Remodel. The work was timely and professional. If I had questions during the project, the response time was quick. I highly recommend this company and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Georgi was our design consultant and she was wonderful, their team put together an amazing design and our project manager Bob was such a delight , he made sure everything was perfect .
