I called early Saturday morning about repairing my garage door which had been hit by a car. They told me they would be here within the hour which they were. After the quote the job was repaired within an hour. Very Professional and would highly recommend. 80lbs

I will never do business with them. I gave them ample time to fulfill this job and they refused to do it. Not only did they not do it, but they never had the intention of doing it. They lied and said they were coming by several times each day within a 4 day time period, but never showed up.

They're reliable and fair

This company installed my garage door when scheduled, did the work promptly, and have had no problems with it, HOWEVER, they did not complete the job. I still need the seal placed on the edge of the casing and it has been 3 weeks or more. I have called, texted and left messages, and they have yet to either respond to my requests for a call back, or come out to install the seal. If it was just a question of them performing the job as scheduled, they did - but coming out to COMPLETE the job is another matter. Unfortunately I went ahead and paid for the job in full, thinking it would just be a matter of a few days for them to do the final step.

Horrible service. Do not use. Installed garage door, and they did not even have a ladder, used our workbench to install the motor. Paid good money for a chamberlain garage door, a motor was installed. Worked half the time, will not answer the phone, and will not come back. It has only been installed a week, the garage door will not close all the time. Something is wrong with the sensor, they will not come out to service it. These people are shady, watch out. I would never recommend this company and I wish I had seen a previous review that was written on 3-2-2021. ( However, we had a garage door installed before that date)
