We are very pleased with out new outside space! I have to agree with these other reviews. At all times IEED was professional and dedicated to their work. They worked with me on the design of our new flagstone patio, redwood patio cover, and replaced railroad timbers for our raised flower bed. They also installed a river rock fountain and then installed 23 steps on our slopped back yard leading up to a leveled platform where we happy to enoy the sunset. Really a great experience, thank you IEED!

I loved the work that IEED did for my backyard. I moved into a new home with no grass or concrete, and IEED designed exactly what I asked for and we love it. We have pavers on 2/3s of the backyard and a turf dog run on the side of the house. My pets love it. The job was done professionally and on a timely manner. I look forward to when I can get the front of my yard done by IEED in the future.

I cannot say enough amazing things about working with this company. Not only are they professional and detail-oriented but they make sure to give you realistic timelines about when each step of the project will be complete. We had a completely unfinished backyard at our brand new build and Patty helped us turn it into the suburban oasis we always dreamed of. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Patty and her crew. We went into this not knowing what was the best solution to our problem, which was a backyard slope that was not only unsightly but also had eroded significantly during this year's rains. Patty suggested that we terrace the slope, include French drains, drip irrigation, etc. Her very professional and hard-working crew came out and gave us a slope that exceeded all of our expectations. Even my hard-to-please wife is thrilled with the outcome. We will use Patty and crew for any future projects that we have--I whole heartedly endorse and recommend Interior and Exterior Environment Designs!

We just completed a large project redoing our front, back, and side yards including our driveway, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the work that Patty and her team completed. From the initial meeting, Patty was quick to grasp our style and vision and immediately started making suggestions and pulling up pictures of concepts that were on point. She then worked with our budget and made sure that we wouldn't be disappointed with anything. She was responsive and thought through every single detail. Her team was amazing-showed up to work hard every day, were friendly and accommodating and executed flawlessly. We are in love with our new exterior space and have gotten so many compliments already. You will not be disappointed with IEED!

Company owner Patricia was very easy to work, listened to what our objective was for our front- and back-yard landscaping and came up with a reasonable estimate and a perfect design that matched our needs -- a low maintenance, water efficient landscape. Her team was exceptional, hard-working, efficient and thorough. Jorge was great in explaining the new drip irrigation system. Highly recommend.

The responsible workers showed good aesthetic sense and judgment. I'm happy with the result. There were bumps and bargaining along the way, and now I have much cleaning up to do. But I got what I asked and hoped for. So I'm happy.

Awesome job on hardscape and a lot of attention to details - Grill Island, retaining wall - patios, firepit, water fountain feature - all great - They also did a great job cleaning up each day - we are very pleased with the work product and the team - we would definitely recommend them.

I have no reservations about recommending Patty and her team for the design and installation of great outdoor spaces. Superior planning and organization meant that the job started on time (well, actually a few days early -YAY!) and stayed on schedule. The crew was skilled and organized, and tackled every task professionally - they got an enormous amount of work done in a short period of time! The job is wrapping now, and all the prettiest parts are coming in - a fountain, plants, tiles. It is all coming together beautifully! Our job included a variety of work: two kinds of fencing, gates, poured concrete pavers and entry pad, two tiled patios, a built-in grill, gardening area, rolling barn doors to partition off a portion of the patio, irrigation, lighting, painting, a water feature, and some artistic camouflaging of unsightly utility boxes and conduit.

Seemed a little pricy for the amount of plants and planting, was a little disappointed in the replacement of two plants and slight miscommunication in another small part of the project. Other than that, the owner was very pleasant and quick to respond to texts and emails and easy to work with and discuss ideas with. I would recommend them to others with just SLIGHT reservations.

This company provided stellar, professional indoor and outdoor landscape design and installation. Patty designed and the team installed a beautiful planter with tropical plants and trees for my indoor atrium. She designed and supervised the installation of a flagstone patio and walkways, including new drainage and irrigation systems. I am impressed by Patty s thoughtful selection of interior and exterior plants to complement both project designs. The workers were courteous, dependable and thorough. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. They continue service for indoor plants, and I plan to utilize their outdoor maintenance services as needed.

Patricia and her team are incredible. We went on vacation, left them with instructions and came back to a completed project that exceeded our expectations. They undercut the competition without cutting an corners. They were timely and professional. I have nothing but confidence in their work and will use their services agains soon.

I hired this company to design a new little garden for my patio. I am so pleased with how everything turned out and my favorite part of my home is my succulent walls. Highly recommend their services!

I hired this company to fix my sprinklers. The sprinklers were working and then they weren't. I contacted this company through Home Advisor to fix the sprinklers. I also requested they send someone who speaks English since I do not speak Spanish and the woman at the Call Center did not speak English very well either. The woman at the call center said he spoke English "sort of" and he would be there the next afternoon. They then called 15 minutes prior to the appointment and said they would hasve to reschedule the next day. We agreed he would be here at 11:00. I heard nothing and my dog didn't bark so I waited an hour and opened the front door where the cables are for the front sprinklers. There was a man there who introduced himself as Jorge and said he would fix the sprinklers. I told him I had a dog and he would need to keep the gate shut even though the dog was in the house. I waited another hour and looked to see if progress had been made. Jorge was gone. I thought perhaps he was at lunch or purchasing parts but after 3 hours he was still gone. I called the company and they told me that Jorge told them that I had no water to my house - that's why the sprinklers weren't working. They were working before he came since I brushed my teeth, washed my hands, etc. I went to look at the water main and saw that it was shut off; therefore no water anywhere - house, yard, etc. He never turned it back on - he just left. My neighbor was gone and I couldn't turn it on (it's very stiff) due to a rotator cuff problem in my shoulder. I contacted the company and they said Jorge had told them I had no water to my house at all - that's why the sprinklers weren't working. Then the receptionist said she had another call waiting and hung up on me. I contacted Home Advisor and they sent a handyman to turn the water main on. He charged $95 to turn it on since he lives quite a way from my home. This is unbelievable that Jorge would just leave without letting me know and not turn the water main on! If he had done that I would not have had to pay $95 for a handyman to come and turn the water main on! Needless to say I was extremely upset and I want to be reimbursed the $95 I paid the handyman to turn the water main on! I have used Home Advisor before for much bigger projects and they have done a wonderful job. I am extremely disappointed in this contractor and want my $95 reimbursed! Our job is still in processs (landscape) but the painting is complete. We are so happy with the painting! It turned out better then expected!

Patty Jones provided wonderful service from the start. She looked at our yards and some inadvisable choices in planting we had previously made, listened carefully to our often inarticulate and not fully conceived ideas, and then came up with a plan. We are delighted with the result. The men who worked for her were polite and efficient. Her prices for her services - plant selection and purchase plus installation were exceedingly reasonable. I would recommend her enthusiastically.
