Mr. David Lecates went out of his way to meet my expectations. He is obviously experienced and competent, with no drama. His prices are competitive with the big boys, but his work is superior.

This was a tough carpet repair because it was an unraveled piece of berber carpet. David did an outstanding job of making the repair so that it is barely noticeable. David was prompt in responding to my inquiry and in arriving for the job. He did very professional work and he price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for carpet install or repair.

David was professional and proficient. He arrived when he said he would, and worked day and night to finish our floors. His rates were reasonable, and he took a lot of pride in his work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

David, the business owner, is very conscientious and takes pride in his work and the result shows. His prices are very fair (competitive). He was also proactive in finding my preferred flooring material (hardwood) at roughly the same cost as vinyl would have been. I had initially contacted him to install vinyl over my aged hardwood kitchen floor, because that's all I thought would be possible to upgrade the floor. However, once he realized I had some excess unused hardwood flooring, he was able to combine it with what was already down and with sanding brought a complete hardwood floor back to life instead of the vinyl option. Thanks for your hard work and providing a great component to my dream kitchen!

I hired David to clear snow and ice for my elderly mother. Living 4 hours away, I needed someone that I could depend on and David said he would do that for me. He quoted me 50.00 over the phone and promised to bring a bag of salt to have for future situations. I called David on Sunday at 11:00 because we had not heard from him since the storm started on Friday night. He told me that he would be there in an hour and a half (fine but I had to reach out for the communication). He showed up after 1:00 with 3 children helping him shovel. The children were doing what kids do, throwing snow around and banging metal shovels on my mothers driveway. This was stressing her out when I was trying to avoid her being stressed through this blizzard. And to top it off, David did not bring any salt. He told my mother that he ran out of salt and he was sorry. He told me later that there was no salt to be found. I called several stores in the local area and they all had salt. I am very disappointed with a person who took a job and didn't follow through with what was talked about. Very unprofessional!!! Top it off, he charged me an extra 10.00 for his service.

Fast and courteous Did a great job, lot of ice to contend with yet did not complain Would highly recommend this company!
