Miscommunication regarding expectation of completed work created confusion as to what entails cleaning gutters as well as removal of moss and application of treatment. When I arrived home it appeared as if nothing had been completed regarding removal of moss and application of moss treatment on our roof. When looking closer inspection, white powder had been placed unevenly in certain areas of the roof. There was waste and debris left around and near our yard waste bin, my husband had recently pressure washed that area and had to re-clean because of the mess left behind. The outter part of the gutters were not cleaned as advertised on website

I was called promptly and they had someone out to give me an estimate within a few days. I was able to make the appointment right away. I have storm windows that had to be removed and washed inside and outside, as well as the windows. They sent two people to do the job and it only took about an hour to complete all the windows. Both of the window cleaners were personable and very professional. They were fast and the windows look great. I also felt that the price was reasonable for the job that needed to be done. Thanks Interlake for a job well done
