The quality of their work is excellent. The repainted interior has drawn many positive comments. The sunroom is simply beautiful.--a great place to sit and enjoy the sun and the greenery. The walk-in shower was a last minute request rendered in various shades of gray. Just lovely. The staff has always been anxious to get quality work completed the way you would like it. They have been professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for any kind of project.

These guys do PERFECT WORK. Kind and considerate and on time. It's not often in this day and age that you get contractors who are considerate and helpful and even their Subs were nice people who respected my property. Would hire again in a heart beat!

Please BEWARE, do not hire KEITH LEMMON. He took $3,415 of my hard earned money and gave me nothing in return. He lies, you cannot trust him. I asked repeatedly for a contract and for a detailed/itemized cost and list of materials. Never happened. We agreed on an amount for the plans/drawings and he added extra costs totaling $3,415. He showed up at my home totally unannounced wanting a check as he was leaving for Greece. I evidently helped pay for his trip. I told him I wanted all my money back as this was not per our agreement and again told him I wanted a contract. He agreed that he was wrong that we did not agree to that amount and promised me (my friend was my witness) that he would return the entire amount of $3,415. When he returned from his Greece trip he then requested an additional $5,000 and for me to proceed with a NOC (notice of commencement), also he was going to charge me an additional 15% plus another 10% for permits. I told him he was fired. I chose him because of the reviews on Home Advisor and I checked his contractors license on-line. When I first met him, he kept telling me he would start my project in Aug 2017, then Sept, then Oct, then Nov, then Dec, then Jan 2018. He did not like me questioning him and always came up with an excuse. He changed the plans/drawings to read - cannot be reused by anyone, there went my $3,415 down the drain. He never once measured, I provided him with all the drawings for a 16x32 enclosed back porch and a 12x19 front screened porch. I was so excited, he knew how excited I was. I saved up all my cash for these 2 additions, I trusted him. Where is the justice? I took him for his word. I still am in shock, that $3,415 was a lot of money to me, I saved up enough money on my own just to build these 2 additions, there is no excitement now. I don't know how anyone could do this to another human being. The reason for this review is to save someone else from losing their hard earned money. I thought I was a sharp business woman, I have always treated everyone with the upmost respect. This person just cannot be trusted. He told the graphics designer that he already completed my 2 additions, he never even started, never measured, never provided me with a contract upon several requests, never provided me with a detailed/itemized cost list of materials per my request, asked for an additional $5,000 prior to signing any contract, tacked on 10% and an additional 15% NOT per our agreement, kept changing the commencement date from Aug 2017 to Jan 2018, changed the plans so that I could not use them. Told me how many homes he built, had a huge job with the President of UF and another project with Shans, too many lies, he does talk a good game. I believe in my heart, he was never going to build these 2 additions for me. If you decide to deal with this man, please get a contract. I had a witness to everything that happened, he just doesn't care. I asked him to do the right thing and

Kieth did a great job! He built a garage that connected to my house. His carpenters were so skilled that they built the connecting roof framing without plans and the entire garage and connecting mudroom appear as if they were originally built with the house. He takes great pride in his construction projects and makes certain the job is done right. He has a big business, but does not think himself above building a garage for a home owner.

I would highly recommend this company. Very professional. Keith came out to see what the project involved, scheduled the day to start, brought out his finishing man Buddy who immediately got to work. Had to come back the next day for a few hours to finish. What a masterpiece. Wife very pleased with the work. As stated at the beginning, would highly recommend.

Keith Lemmon is a master builder. It's in his DNA. I've seen his work in commercial build-outs and new residential construction. For my family he oversaw a complete makeover of 2 of our homes, from re- roofing to re-siding and painting, flooring, window and door installation and room remodeling. His subcontractors respect him for his expertise and his fairness so they stay on the job until it is completed to Keith's exacting standards.. Amanda is a great partner and adds her sense of style to the projects. She also handles the administration so Keith can focus on the project at hand. Better people and better builders you will not find.
