ICE helped us navigate the insurance process after Hurricane Sally. They worked quickly and efficiently from tarping to installing our roof.

I'm not sure how anybody could have anything bad to say about ICE roofing??? They were GREAT! Very professional and friendly! The absolute best part about ICE is that they will actually go to bat for you with the insurance company. When my adjuster came out they originally denied my roof claim, but ICE got them to come back out and went over the inspection with the adjuster and got my claim approved!!! Best roofing company by far!!! Not to mention the roofing materials that they use are the best money can buy and I had almost no wait to get my roof replaced. Also, Tristan in the office and Ron the owner are the best!!!!

They came on time and completed the roof in one day. The supervisor answered all questions and gave explanations. Workers were efficient and left no mess in our yard. Magnet used to pick up any lost nails. This company is A-1 and I would use them again.

I was very impressed with the quality of work they performed. They were quick and had a great attitude the entire job! They even helped me with my insurance claim, i didn t have to worry about nothing because Ronnie and his staff took care of everything on my behalf. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a total replacement of just a repair.

Had me sign a power of attorney to give them all the insurance money. Did not tell me what I was signing. I got no estimate and they threatened to take me to court if I backed out and took 30 % of insurance proceeds. Dishonest!

I am very happy with the workmanship and the roofing crew was very thorough and finished despite finding more repairs that were needed. Ron was very professional and quick to respond to questions. I would recommend them.

Jess and Ron are the most professional contractors I’ve ever dealt. And made sure everything was smooth sailing from the very beginning to the very end. This isn’t their first rodeo guys, they know the ins and outs of all aspects when it comes to roofing. They even fought for an increase from our insurance! So, dealing with insurance can be a pain at times (long waits/haggling) and they were completely understanding when the insurance took forever to send us the check. The shingles they use are high-quality and have multiple color choice. They even gave input on what color would complement our house the best. When it was time for the roof to be replaced, guess how long it took? Less than a day! “In and out Done right!” should be their saying! They’ve done such a phenomenal job everyone in the neighborhood is using them now! Promise you won’t regret using them.
