"Thank you for your review, However each and every appointment call is notified of a $65.00 diagnostic fee, if the customer chose to hire us to do the work, they agree with the technician to have the work completed; each and every item is explained to the customer before any work is done, we absolutely can not quote you definitive price without an evaluation of the appliance. The labor is 139.00 on some repairs that is separate from the service diagnostic fee, there is also an option available to have our office to take the payment over the phone.
