International Drywall System

Hired for the removal of popcorn and install of knockdown. The job was to be completed on Saturday with arrival between 7 and 8 and job would be done around 7pm. I removed all light fixtures and ceiling vents. They did not arrive Saturday?.stated emergency. Said would come Sunday between 7 and 8am. Did not show Sunday morning and I did not hear anything. I reached out at noon and they said they couldn?t make it. Would come Monday between 7 and 8. Showed up Monday at 10am. Stated that they needed to go to Lowes and really don?t star taping till 1:30 and scraping by 3 pm. They finished the job at 10pm. They were painting in the dim light of my work light. Didn?t show up when they said they would or finish at close to a reasonable time. results: the paint was inconsistent so I requested them to come back and have a look. They never did show up so I said just bring me paint and I will paint it. They said they would and never did. They actual knockdown is extremely inconsistent, being deeper then shallower and this creates an extremely shadowy affect. They must have been very inconsistent with the application of the compound and the actual knocking down of the compound is varied from very shallow to deep. I?ve had this procedure completed when I lived on Amelia island with staggeringly better results. My ceiling does not look good and I really have no ideas as to remedy it. I could not under any circumstances recommend this company.

I had much more than done than drywall repair and plaster. Josh and his crew of 3 arrived on time and went right to work. They are capable of doing all around professional work. They even saw things that I did not hire them to do and did that as well. The quality of his work is outstanding and i wouldnâ t hesitate to hire his company again. His pricing was extremely reasonable and they were all very personable young men. Itâ s not often that you will find a company like this. Extremely satisfied.

This was my worst experience with a contractor ever. Of the projects we hired them for, which they said they could complete all of it, they did not complete any of them to basic satisfaction. By the end of the project, which was delayed by more than 4 weeks, they were rude and difficult to work with. The only reason they finished was when I threatened not to pay. Otherwise, I will still probably be waiting. Here is a flavor of the issues: I hired them to apply knockdown ceiling, they applied knockdown on the light fixtures as well. I had to clean the fixtures after. I hired them to paint the walls and they sprayed paint all of my brand new flooring! And they did not do a good job painting. Its streaky. I hired them to fix the electrical and I have to bring in an electrician after to fix wiring mistakes. They left the trim and flooring a mess. Shoddy craftsmanship. They do not have any concern for your property. They will leave lights on all night and will leave the AC on all nights at 62 degrees. They will leave paint all over your personal property - literally on my back deck, floors, garage floor, my gym equipment. They require constant supervision. Constant. They are not clean. They will leave midway through a project just to pick up another job - really unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone ever. In addition, most of the reviews on here are from their employees. Buyer beware.

Extremely disappointed. They did not complete the job. They kept making an appt to come back and never showed. They left so much trash in our yard, I had to pay a trash removal company to come to clean it up. They asked for cash because they did not have the money to complete the job and said they would go to the store to buy supplies...if they did come back it was with the cheapest items and nothing we agreed upon. I do not recommend this company.

Do Not Hire Ram and International Drywall System. They are horrible. They started off saying they can do all the things we needed them to do and gave us a time frame of about two weeks. He never finished one job on time and took over a month to finish, pushed back on time frames, changed what he said he would do in the PAID quotes and never communicated with us. Not to mention we now have paint on our brand new flooring, paint on our back deck and had to threaten him with canceling payment unless he finished the job and cleaned up after themselves. They racked up our electricity bill by putting the AC down to low 60s when they werent even there, kept lights on at night and even kept the refrigerator door open all day after we asked them not to. Very unprofessional.

I had them do 2 drywall repair jobs, and they also installed insulation during the process. They showed up when scheduled, with the supplies necessary, and worked quickly. The price was excellent and the quality was very good. They were very good about keeping me up to date on the progress. There were some minor messes left, but given the price and quality I can easily overlook that. If I needed more drywall work, I would definitely hire them again.

The work was incomplete. Stated they would come back. Scheduled the date and no show or call to reschedule. Paint and spackle wiped on the side of my house. Baseboards not nailed to the wall and do not meet up to the corners or connect into the middle. Streaks of uneven paint on both sides of the .wall. Trash left in the yard. I did not notice these things till the next day. They started. late pm and finished after 9. Reached out to them the next day and following. Accused I am harassing them because I want them to complete the job.

Called them and they showed up the next day to give me a price. They started the next day and were done when they said they would be. Would use again.

The drywall was put up, however, the fit and finish were not up to the standard I expected. They were to finish a few areas on the ceiling that the orange peel surface had come off. This did not happen. They were to cover the floor and all windows and framing. This did not happen also. They had even over sprayed the orange peel onto the decorative concrete floor. When they were cleaning up to leave, I had to show them areas of overspray and dirt that needed to be swept up with my sweeper as they did not have one. The two gentlemen that did the work were very nice and very polite. They just need more instructions and experience.

I was very disappointed with my experience with this company! I am still trying to get the job completed. They left the job incomplete with baseboard missing, light switch covers missing, no framing around the bathroom door as well as a pile of trash/debris in my yard. They painted the baseboards and crown molding after putting them in which got paint on my walls and floors. The plug in covers in different rooms are so loose you cannot pull power cords out without holding tightly. They removed my thermostat to texture and paint but when they put it back they wired wrong so my AC did not work and I had to call AC company to come out and fix to a tune of $150!! In the quote, my guest bathroom was to be drywall, texture, and painted... They only painted no new drywall, no primer, and no texture. You can clearly see they only put on a coat with no primer...I am going to have to repaint the room. I am currently trying to get the work completed but am getting the runaround. I definitely would not recommend this company.
