There were friendly, efficient and the best price all around. I would definately use them again for future glass work on my house.

Door or Window Screens Install or Repair
To re-screen an enclosed patio. Made an initial estimate then later changed the amount. Painted some pieces of borders and made no attempt to paint other pieces. Did not bring all the material needed. Reused old and broken borders. I called them back to redo the borders, they still did not bring enough material for the job. They chose job but it was like they had never done it before. Borders were overlapped, most did not meet end to end. Their solution was caulking the gaps. Nails were left poking out (exposed). I had to practically stand over them to tell them that borders were not flush or cut to fit. Unprofessional.

Two people arrived, they filled the holes that was made in the granite. They left, a few hours later, the things fell out, and I called them back. They said they will look into it and get back to me, they have never gotten back to me. So basically I look at it, as if they try to steal money from me, because they really didn't accomplish anything. They were no use to me, thank you.

Replaced a rather small insulated glass window downstairs. Did a good job quickly, came on time, left everything reasonably clean. Their estimate was "between $120 and $130". Final price, they informed me when they arrived to finish the replacement, would be $130.
