I hired this company to work on toilet and bath tub problems in my apartment and my upstairs apartment. He is a fast talker, and I let myself be talked into spending $2600.00 for substandard work. He and his wife assistant had to be called back 2 times for further repairs on the work he had already completed. He worked on the plumbing in the end of October of 2017 and today 3/28/18 the plumbing he installed upstairs is leaking everywhere. Do no hire. I repeat do not hire this company under any circumstances. He plays up to you and tries to make you his friend while sticking a knife in your back. I spoke to him tonight 3/28/18 to complain and he told me it was all off of warranty and I should call someone else if I am not satisfied with his work. He had told me there was a 1 year warranty and today it is 30 days so he says, lire.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
I hired them in Nov 2017 to install a new kitchen faucet. He charged me $400 to install the faucet. 2 weeks after he installed the faucet it started making banging noise. I called him and told him about the noise. He came back in a few days and said there was nothing wrong with it. It started making more banging noise. Thomas bought and new faucet and called Jessie about installing the new faucet. Jessie said he would come back and install it. he never showed up. Thomas has called him at least 10 times and Jessie will not answer or return his calls. The new faucet is still not install.

"We have been to your home multiple times no answer we have takeing phots and pic of the techs there and there is absolutely nothing wrong with faucet at all and I have been in hospital with liver failure but my son and I have been there u don?t open door every time we go"

they were suppose to show up for 3 days never did had nothing but excuses finally relized they were not coming there reviews have to be done by a relitaive sister brother wife exc . there looking for a quick buck mark my words hire someone else they will show up because international plumbing WILL NOT.must be nice to be a plumber and flush any excuse that will happen just to make sure they will not be there!

They went above and beyond. They came to do what I had asked them to do and took care of some others things ( one being an emergency). They stayed late until the job was done. Very nice to deal with.
