I scheduled a maintenance visit, explaining to Denise at Medallion, that the pool heater wasn't providing heat, although there were no error codes at the time. I asked it the maintenance tech would be able to provide additional coolant if necessary. She really didn't know, but they do provide it for my home hvac system. seems like part of the routine. Anyway, the tech shows up, and when I turn on the heater, and error code does come up. "LP" -- so I ask him what LP means. He does not answer at all. So he is looking at his phone and i ask again what LP means -- he wouldn't answer me. He had no clue what to do next. He didn't bring any tools to the unit, he didn't even try to open it to see if there was anything wrong, he did not explain the possible problem. He got on his phone, called the office and then came back with the bill for his "visit". Jim took the time to educated me on the performance gaps between his units and other brand name competitors. Every company gave me specs at 80/80 operating conditions, but not at 50/63 - there's a large difference. Call this company before you make a purchase elsewhere.

No need for another estimate--price was fair and the bottom line didn't change. They went above and beyond!

Jim and his team were great. Very knowledgable about the pool heater options, very responsive, and very professional. They were able to install the pool heater that same week, install a salt water generator, put the correct amount of salt in the pool, etc. they even came back a week later to fix the thermostat. Jim was also complimentary of another company competing for my business, which is rare in my experience. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone.

I contacted 4 different companies for my pool heater and salt water system. Of the 4 only International Pool Group was detailed in what I would need and answered every question we had. We requested next day service and was surprised that he went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Upon arrival the workers were polite and went to work immediately and completed the project quickly. The salt system was installed and they would not leave until my wife and I were completely briefed on the operating functions. Jim and his crew are outstanding in every way. I highly recommend them!!
