Interstate 25 Mechanical

Two years ago when we had the boiler installed, I would have rated them as really good, however, the boiler they installed had ongoing problems and would shut itself off regularly. Ramsay showed us how to reset the boiler, and said that he could not diagnose the problem unless the boiler was "throwing codes" however, there were more problems above the boiler shutting itself off, like one floor of the house was 84-88F, while the rest of the house was 68F. We had two other companies out for a second opinion because the boiler wasn't getting fixed, and discovered that we were billed for work by Ramsay that was not completed, that Ramsay basically had cut off the old not-high-efficiency boiler and put the new high efficiency boiler on the existing piping. The new boiler had to be piped differently with specific materials to function correctly, and Ramsay did not do that, admitted to it, and refused to make it right. Additionally, the gas line was undersized for the boiler, and the work was performed without a permit. Previously I had trusted Ramsay, but its clear he either did not know what he was doing, or did not care. They advertise as locally owned, but they are a dba registered out of state. Very disappointed.
