Communications was superb! My contact, Diamon, returned every text within minutes. He had an excellent understanding of the job and did exactly what he said he would do. The crew that did our tree work was outstanding. A harder working group of people I've not seen. Mike, Kerrington, Adrian, Richard, and Brad were nice people. respectful, and polite. They were also VERY thorough. I will be hiring them for additional work. I can't think of a single thing I'd ask them to improve!

My tree was massive, overgrown and mostly hollow. Everything that was discussed and promised was completed promptly. These are very brave people. Most would have probably refused to touch my tree with the power lines surrounding it and rotted limbs I hadn't noticed because it was so massive and overgrown. Storms are in the forecast tomorrow and I can sleep sound tonight. Thank you for peace of mind. Worth every penny!
