P-H-E-N-O-M-E-N-A-L!!! I use this adjective once every three years, and Iâ m using it now for Interstate Heating & Air Conditioning. (It will be 2023 before I use the word again.) My husband and I knew we needed a new A/C unit since ours is 16 years old and leaking freon. We selectively chose four reputable A/C companies based on our experience or their ratings online to invite them to come to our house and submit a quote. All four had more than 100 reviews, with 4.5/5 stars. In addition to the unit malfunctioning, we always had the problem of certain rooms not cooling like others. Unlike others who quickly â resolvedâ the problem with a higher ton unit, Interstate took the time to get to the root of the problem and was the only one that did a thorough calculations on the BTUâ s and cubic- feet- per -minute air flow needed for our house to determine the original ductwork was undersized and not enough return air capacity, not because the unit was not big enough. While my skeptical antennas were activated receiving this information, the calculated numbers confirm the problem, and Brandon explained everything in understandable terms with trustworthiness. We decided to select Interstate based on many factors: thorough study of our problem, logical scientific explanations, competency, PRICE, and warranty. The price proposed offered so much more value than the other three reputable quotes: new A/C and heating units, new increased ductwork, added return air duct, 10-year warrantyâ ¦ Interstate just didnâ t just look good on paper because the two installers, Jason and Jeremiah, made reality of their proposal. They took three days to complete a huge job, and during the whole time of extreme hard work in harsh conditions, they displayed expertise, respect and friendliness, addressing our multiple questions and concerns. Bottom line: I rarely write reviews. The recipients have to be either atrocious or excellent, and Interstate is phenomenal on many levels!!! Use them before they realize their worth and increase their prices.

They came out and quoted me a price however once they came back to provide the services they were able to reduce the originally quoted price by several hundred dollars and did not reduce the quality of workmanship.
