The technicians did a superb job of diagnosing, making recommendations, and installing our new 96% efficiency gas furnace and central AC units. We were able to take advantage of a BOGO deal, which saved us quite a bit of money. We have already noticed the savings in our utility costs! Our only concern was the communication with the salesman could have been more timely and accurate with responding to our requests for specific info and documents. Overall, we highly recommend Interstate!

The project was removing our elderly oil-fired, forced hot air furnace and replacement with a new same type furnace. The response to both request for quote and performing the replacement was very timely. Michael and John, the installers from Interstate, accomplished the task in a very professional, efficient, caring and knowledgeable manner. The new furnace is a few inches shorter than the old one. This required fabrication of an extension for the duct work. Michael cut the pieces precisely and fit them to perfection! Great care was taken to leave the area very clean. Very satisfied with the work accomplished and the manner in which it was accomplished. Thank you, Michael and John and Interstate Heating and Cooling.

The person who gave me the quote over the phone did not understand how to correctly quote the work. The plumber who came resolved the matter to my satisfaction. This was in addition to his doing the job fully and keeping me informed of all aspects and progress. I have had others do this job in the past, and John from Interstate was much more knowledgeable.

They came within an hour of contacting them. The technician Bill was awesome! Discovered a problem in the attic that has existed for two years causing dust in our house. He immediately fixed it. They are returning next week to service the furnace and the air conditioning unit. He recommended cleaning the ducts and vents before they return. They are also scheduled next week! Lyndsey in their office was awesome! Communicated with me throughout the process!
