Scheduled the job 2 days in advance but he was able to come the next day, which was great. Diagnosed the issue and my boiler was up and running in short time. Probably something I should have known, but sometimes you pay for knowledge. The tech took the time afterwards to explain things and also very friendly. Overall I was satisfied.

HE is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, thorough, and does work of the highest calibre - could not ask for anymore. No mistake will be made by hiring this expert craftsman - he came on time, even a little before and got right to work an didn't until all was set to right; I plan on hiring him again! It is good and reassuring to know such workmen are still around!

Jamie is super professional & did a great job with exact assessment of problem of water from washer dryer connection. He even recommend fail safe mechanism which we had him installed ( water sensors) Hr came back to finish job and was very friendly!

This was an initial call to find and fix a leak which was showing up in the ceiling as a wet spot First the response to my request for service was rapid , almost instantaneous Secondly when he arrived he diagnosed the problem almost as quickly as his response Third only after agreeing that he could fix the problem did we discuss cost. Which turned out to be extremely fair Fourth the initial problem was quickly repaired while he explained in detail what he was doing and why the problem arose in the first place Fifth when i created an extra problem by trying to be helpful he immediately tackled and resolved that problem to perfection Sixth In addition to all the sbove he was very personable and pleasant I highly recommend for general plumbing needs Dan M Dees

Very friendly, and explained all of the issues clearly and understandably. Although he had suggestions for additional maintenance he could perform, we didn't feel pressured into immediately having it done.
