Intervene Cleaning

Called them in afternoon and immediately received a return call within minutes. Explained that I wanted my cellar cleaned. That same day they came to inspect my basement. Following inspection they immediately provided me with an appointment. ( happened to be 2 days later after my inspection) Unbelievable! This doesnâ t happen in todayâ s workforce. Bottom line- They thoroughly and meticulously vacuumed and washed my floors, washed my walls, washed my rug and sanitized my entire basement. On June 19th I requested an appointment to wash our home windows. Believe it or not, they have confirmed an appointment tomorrow, June 21st. There are not enough words to describe their thoughtfulness of your property and their concern of detail.

Not only they do great job, they also do it with a big heart. They have quickly built good relationship with myself and with my family. They were just awesome.

We hired Intervene Cleaning to clean our post construction clean from one of our jobs. They did a fantastic job! We have never had a cleaning company so thorough, polite, knowledgeable and punctual. We will be hiring them for all of our cleans in the future. We can not wait to work with them again. We recommend you hire Intervening Cleaning Today!

Kara was very nice, and she was a hard worker, but we did not get a deep cleaning. We worked with her and still had more to do. We thought her pricing was over the top for one person, 70/ hr for first three hours. Her partner was supposed to be there, but he was ill. There was no adjustment in price. Bottom line, they could not get the job done, and we paid a lot! For one person we should have hired our regular cleaning person for two days! We thought we were getting a service, as we told them this was a job where the cleaning had been minimal for twenty years.

The cleaning company I had previously hired never showed up, I was closing on my house in two days! I called Intervene and Josh was so very nice and sympathetic, he scheduled me for the next day and his crew was more than amazing! I would recommend them to everyone! Very, very nice and professional company.

They are very thorough and very personable.

The initial clean was contracted as a " deep clean" - their words. Two people came to clean. They were there less than two hours - they said 2 hours, our clock said 1.25 hours. We have a long list of things that were not done and pictures, majority of which we would consider part of a regular clean not a deep clean. We messaged them about our disappointment and they agreed to come back to see what we were talking about. We waited all day, messaged twice and did not receive a response until 10:00pm with an apology they were "busy with other clients. We responded and now more than 24 hours later, no response. Had they done a good job and the very least offered better customer service, we would have been a recurring client with not only this cottage but for our 2 rental properties. Very disappointed.

Intervene Cleaning did a fantastic job! We have had a very hard time finding someone to clean our seasonal home in York and it is such a relief to know that we finally found someone who is flexible and thorough! Highly recommend!

We ventured into the unknown of cleaning services for our seasonal cottage in Maine for which we rent out for most of the summer. In seeking cleaning services in York we have stumbled consistently in finding quality for reasonable cost. We found both with Intervene Cleaning - and their flexibility solidified the relationship.

On time, friendly, thorough and careful with many household items,china, pottery, antiques. Home is from 1790 with exposed beams that badly needed a good cleaning. Very happy with the results!

Joshua and the crew were very responsive and able to clean for me in an urgent situation. We had rented our home out and our previous maid service had not come and would not answer our phone calls. The crew came out on a Saturday evening, cleaned an unfamiliar house, and left our renters much happier. Our conversations and business dealings have always been very pleasant and his willingness to answer my calls or texts, at any time, separate him from any competition. The crew is fair, honest, and hard-working. A great cleaning crew!!

We moved into a new house about a year ago now and for a few months had someone to help with house cleaning BUT she left for a full time job, so we had to start looking. Before moving, we had tried using one of the commercial cleaning services but were not happy. They tended to do a quick but not usually a good cleaning. We found Intervene Cleaning on the web site and arranged a time to meet and talk about what we were looking for. A few days later, Josh and Kara came out to the house. After a walk around the house, we talked about what we were looking for and what our expections were. They recommended a "deep clean" since we had not had a good cleaning for about three months and we scheduled a time for the work. They came out a week or so later and started the cleaning. My wife appeciated that they made an effort to ask questions about various items and areas to insure that they were doing what we had requested. A few hours later, we had a nice clean house again. Josh and Kara and very personable and based on the first meeting and first cleaning, I think they will be a good match for us.
