Into H2O pools built our new pool and lanai with a spa. It was completed early fall 2023. The entire project turned out to be as beautiful as we had hoped. The deck stones are very level and fit together flawlessly. The pool tiles line up very well and have a gorgeous look to them. The lanai is very straight and aligns with the house roof perfectly. There are no flaws in the construction that we are aware of. We couldn't be more happy with our new pool! Chris and Nancy quickly and appropriately responded to all of our calls and texts. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions at every step of the process. They kept us fully appraised of the entire building plan and the timelines of construction. They were always very honest with us from the beginning of the project to the very last day. They also took a lot of time to instruct us on how to care for the pool and even explained things a second time when we had questions. We highly recommend Into H2O pools for anyone considering a new pool. We greatly appreciate how attentive they were to detail and how hard they worked to make us happy with our new pool!

Mom &Pop (as I refer to them, as in Mom & Pop business ) KNOW pools. They are meticulous with close attention to every aspect and detail. I now have a very beautiful pool. It took a little more than a year to complete. But considering the difficulties with obtaining permits, hurricane Ian, and supply issues, I found the delays understandable. So if you want to have a pool built, call Mom & Pop. Not only will you get a beautiful pool, but you will be supporting a small business.

Worst experience ever. After a year and a half pool were not finished. Into H2O pools demented the last 5 k payment or they would put a lien on our house. We paid 85k including the last payment. Fire them, and hire another pool company to finish the job. In the process, we met other customers of H2O pools that were in the same situation as we are. We would never recommend this company to anyone.
Response from Company:
This review is absolutely untrue. Your NOC was recorded with the county on 8/4/21. Your permit was issued on 10/26/21. You stopped us after engineering and permitting and added a spa. This was after we offered you the spa at the beginning of the process and you changed your mind. That is fine but unfair to not include this information on your timeline. Adding a spa after engineering and permitting means we have to go back to the drawing board and require us to enlarge the deck and footer cage and redo all the structural and hydraulic engineering. Then we had to go back and revise and start the permitting process all over again as if we were just.

I had INTO H2O POOLS install and new pool paver deck and pool cage. They did a wonderful job and we couldnâ  t be happier. Even through the cityâ  s new permitting system and subsequent shutdowns and material shortages, They kept us apprised during the process. They have come out several times after the build to help us whenever we need it. I would highly recommend them.

I selected Into H2O Pools based on recommendations from Home Advisor. I received multiple estimates. All had similar prices but I went with Into H20 based on Home Advisor. It has been 541 days as of 3/9/2023 since the contact was signed and the work has not been completed. The original projection was work was to be completed by early Spring 2022. Before I had a fence installed for my dogs I checked with Chris to make sure it wouldn't be an issue. He said that they installed pools in fenced yard all the times. They would just need to remove a couple sections for access. Excavation took place in Jan 2022. 2 sections of the fence were removed for access. Unfortunately the excavator caused significant damage to the fence. When I brought it to Chris' attention, he advised that he would bring the subcontractor who did the work back and we could resolve. This never happened. When I raised the issue at a later time, he advised that the contract stated a unobstructed access. While this is true he could have removed additional sections of the fence. It would have been less expensive than paying for the significant repairs. They also exposed the foundation in multiple places because of errors in placement of the pool equipment. This has still not been resolved. Pool shell was poured and footers were dug and installed for the screen enclosure. Marks were made on the stucco for measurements and drilling into the foundation for the footers caused numerous cracks. This has not been resolved. Although the lead time was quoted as 120 days for the pavers they were not delivered in the timeframe. Chris advised me in April that they were finished and we were 9th in line to receive them which would be by end of month April. that slipped to multiple dated in May then June. They were finally delivered to a new construction house on the same street. Fortunately I caught this and they were brought to my home. Installation was in July. I raised the concern that the backfill around the pool wasn't compressed enough and Chris assured that it was and if not the subcontractor would come back and correct. Pavers were discolored and not properly leveled. I also advised that they seemed to be in a hurry and it started raining so they accelerated their effort to finish. As expected pavers have sunk all the way around the pool and no resolution. They are now crumbling as well. Due to supply chain issues the original finish wasn't going to be available so I agreed to an upgrade which was to cost $3500 but ended up costing $4900. The finish wasn't evenly colored and was splattered all over the coping, pavers and pool screen and cage. It is now a tripping hazard. I feel that I was extremely patient throughout the process trying to work with them to complete the project. Calls were almost never answered and I had to wait for a call back - sometimes for a week. Texts as well. Everything was always someone else's fault - supply chain issues, sub-contractors, city permitting, etc. I just can't wait for the project to be completed and I can move on.
Response from Company:
1.) We did not promise dates, we informed you that it was going to take a long time. I did say that engineering was at least two months out. The city shut down in February. Pavers and shipping became issues as well. This is what I told you in an e-mail dated 8/31/21: "I said, Engineering is still two months. Permitting is on average a month or so. Hopefully, we will have you swimming in March/April or sooner or possibly later. We have never seen material shortages and various other delays before like this. I'm hoping things will get better but, I just need to be honest with you. I would love to sell you a pool but I'm not willing to lie to you to try and get the job. We are all facing the same delays." 2.) 548 days? NOC was signed on 9/21/21. You have been swimming since 11/22/22. Your statement is misleading. 3. You added a fence after we signed the contract and you did not leave any room for our entry. We told you we needed 10 feet for equipment. You could not get your fence company to come back and remove the panels. We told you we could cut an opening, but that it would damage the fence to get in and do the pool, and we would not repair your fence. We offered to put off the dig until you could get a fence contractor out to give us the room we needed, but you wanted us to get started. We cut open your fence and did not charge you for that. 4. We do expose foundations. Drilling into the foundation is required by code and it is required for the cage footer. The city inspects this and must see the foundation. 5. The backfill and plumbing were done after gunite, so this is a lie. 6. You moved the pool equipment we did not. We moved it at your request. 7. We never quoted a lead time on the pavers. 8. As for the delivery of pavers to the wrong address? there was a house under construction without house numbers on it. It was two doors down with the same pavers as ours. The driver got confused and delivered them to the home under construction. You work from home and saw it happening. You called us immediately, we went there right away. We called our supplier immediately and they fixed it right away. 9. Settling pavers? Your landscaper took our overflow pipe and did something underground to make it inoperable. You complained about the drain, your landscapers put an electric wire conduit inside our drain. It is still present, and it fills our drain almost completely. You should not put anything in our drain as it would obstruct it, especially an electric wire and conduit. Your pavers settled after Hurricane Ian. We fixed your pavers on 3/16/23 10. We gave you an option because the finish material had been on order since November and was still not in. We offered you whatever our supplier could get. You said you looked at upgraded tile at the showroom you were going to ask about upgrading the finish to samples you saw anyway. This was the only material we could get at the time and you liked it. Most companies charge 10k for a dark gem finish. We only charged you $3632.00, but you said in your review that it was $4900.00. 11. The pavers have since been fixed in March. 12. Spattered finish material. This happens all the time and is warranty work. It is also so minute that no one noticed it until a month or so ago. It is under the coping in the sun shelf so you would need to lie on your back under the coping to see it. The cage had spatters on a few spots and we started removing it. It came off easily and we told you after the paver repair we would come back and clean the rest off. We had an open line of communication with you and you were always very respectful, we do not understand why you changed. You have a beautiful pool you have been using since November 2022. We would be happy to call the pool final in as soon as you remove the electrical wire from our deck drain.

457 days from signing to pool school for a total of 10 to 12 days of actual work on our property. We were told 6 months to complete in the beginning. We watched many pools in our neighborhood, including our neighborâ s, start after ours and finish before ours. All we got were excuses, unprofessionalism, and terrible communication throughout the entire process. We had to consult with a lawyer because of Into H20â s refusal to abide by the contract. I would never recommend them to anyone and regret referring them to a neighbor and also a friend, both of whom had the same if not worse experiences then we did. We had to push for updates throughout the entire process because they were not communicated to us without us calling. We had to fight every step of the way to get our pool completed.

A pleasure to do business with. Chris and Nancy were there from start to finish to advise and answer any and all questions we had. Our pool has been in for about a year and we have compliments every time someone comes over. Our job consisted of the removal of the old fiberglass pool, concrete surround and patio. They also removed our existing lanai and replaced it with a new one. We decided to install pavers for the pool deck, patios, and walkways. They did a terrific and professional job on all. I have recommended them many times and will keep doing so.
