Fully Bilingual Inspector (English and Spanish) - My business is serving most of the Tampa Bay area. I offer the best service, quality, and performance and you wont be disappointed with my value added services! Not all Home Inspectors are created equal! Besides the fact that I am a Level 1 Thermographer, I am also an Industrial / Quality Engineer with over 12 years in the industry. This means I can provide a more thorough home inspection by detecting electrical, moisture, energy issues, and even pests, such as termites and bees, which the naked eye can’t see, with infrared technology and with the mentality of an Engineer! Before hiring a home inspector, ask if he is a Level 1 Thermographer and consider if you rather have an engineer level inspection. Are you buying/selling a home?
