The show room is absolutely spectacular the sales people were fabulous and the installers were exceptional! I shopped around and will never have to again! This is my new favorite. Looking forward to doing my bathrooms next

Rod, Wes and Jose were very professional and easy to work with in the beginning. However, after plumbing issues after the completion of the job, with both the kitchen and bathroom sinks, they failed to followup with me for a resolution. They were difficult to get a hold of and once I did make a firm appt, they failed to show up and still haven't reached out to me to reschedule.

"Customer had assumed all responsibility when she had her brother rework the plumbing. According to the plumber who had returned to the site twice, stated that all work had been done at a 100%. Intown Granite had specifically informed her that we are not responsible for any plumbing issues. We have also, paid for the first trip for her after mentioning first issue, as a courtesy. This customer just wants us to pay for brand new faucets for her after her brother could not fix or put her faucets back together."

After contacting Intown Granite & Marble, they came to my home within a day or two for a free in home estimate. They did a template the day after estimate which was more than a fair price and installed the following week. The install was quick and they were very professional. I am very pleased with my Silestone kitchen countertops and would defintely hire them for future projects.

They did a great job. Their original bid was fair and it did not deviate throughout the entire process. The job took a lot longer than they anticipated because of unforeseen problems with our counters. But they didn't alter the price. The workers were courteous and respectful of us and our home. We would recommend them to anyone.

Their price was over $800 less than the next low bid on our project. Installation was two days after we selected our slab. They were prompt and efficient and they always answered their phone and worked with me. They gave us all the time we needed in selection and installation.

We have granite put in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The quality of the installation was poor. We also had a tile backsplash put in the kitchen. The installation was so poor that we had to hire someone else to remove it (which destroyed the sheet rock) and replace the whole thing. Intown Granite agreed the installation was poor and said they would repair it but never contacted us again to make it right. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. We also feel we were overcharged for the quality of the workmanship on the granite.

"It's really sad that some people just can't be happy no matter what you do for them. The granite on this job came out beautiful with no problems. As the rest of our reviews will show, we do really good work and give our customers a great price. Yet, this customer was going to complain no matter what we did, and used the backsplash as an excuse to not pay over a thousand dollars of her bill."

My experience with Intown was superb. Richard Gray was informative and thorough with his initial presentation and followed up to be sure we understood what was needed. The installation of our countertops was professionally done. I was also impressed with Wes, the fabricator and installer, and his attention to detail. I would highly recommend Intown Granite and Marble.
