If I could put no stars I would do it. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. My grandparents hired him and have to pay more now than they initially had to. He did not put padding down before putting flooring down, he did not put proper insulation in the walls, he can not cut tile, he put broken boards down, Instead of doing dry wall as we paid for, he painted ply boards, the boards are not properly snapped together with bad gaps, he did NOT cover any of their furniture and left a mess. Never showed up when he said he would if he showed up at all. This man should NOT be in business. Please warn your families, he DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THIS WORK. Do not waste your money.

"padding not placed on floor is a lie, was placed and even upgraded for material running behind and will be giving credit back for expenses.. also material is not disconnecting bad as we walked through it and couldn't show me 1 spot.. sorry for the experience and definitely crediting back money for expenses. have a great day.."

Communication was lacking. Simple project of retiling a shower took over 5 weeks. Dropped an old tile piece and chipped the tub resulting in the need for a new tub. Cut copper tub fill too short and it would leak. Hired my own plumber out of pocket just to get the job finished. Tile cuts were uneven and and schulter edging was poorly done.

Raul of intrigued flooring did an excellent job on my LVP install. He was prompt, thorough, paid attention to detail and so reasonable in price. I shopped around and he was the best in price. He wasnâ t a big name or fancy company but presented with the same quality product and work. Very trustworthy and honest. Came back immediately to fix minor appliance reinstall issues. Excellent work and clean up afterwards. Even was kind enough to return and repair a door that was slamming due to to many springing hinges. He didnâ t have to offer to fix that. It wasnâ t part of the floor work. If you want an honest, hard working, person this is intrigue flooring and Raul. I would definitely hire again!!!
