Nightmare of a contractor.
After receiving the permit down payment, Gabe stretched a straightforward job into 10+ months of delays and poor communication. The initial low quote ended up increasing significantly once the project was underway, with additional charges added mid-project that were not clearly disclosed upfront.
He took home almost full leftover paint and materials I specifically asked to keep, and attempted to leave demolition debris behind.
Most concerning, he lost the key to my house and later tried to return a random key claiming it was mine when final payment was being discussed. Completely unacceptable when someone is working inside your home.

We hired Gabriel and Gabriel to take on our water damage 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo. Our place was basically demolished. We hired them just as the pandemic shut down hysteria hit. Long story short they did a beautiful job despite all the headaches and the unfortunate delays. My husband was in the building trades for 30 years and a pain in the *** when it comes to details but he is right 99.9% and is willing to pay extra to get it done to his satisfaction. I hope that they will give us a quote for the master bathroom remodel. Our kitchen remodel is in their post, the navy blue and smoke Samsung appliances.

Gabe and Intuit Builders, Inc. were really a pleasure to work with. They provided very open communication, were very kind, knowledgeable and talented. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were open to feedback and also provided me with design ideas when I was struggling to make decisions. The project was beautifully done. The subcontractors were top notch. The owner of Intuit checked in daily to ensure the work was satisfactory and I was pleased. I told him what I was willing to pay and the project met my requirement. I highly recommend this company. The bathroom looks great!

These folks are real pros. They exceeded my expectations in the quality of the work. They came in right on budget. And they worked hard (including Sunday) to make sure they finished when promised. They cleaned up everything afterward. I'd use them again in a second.

Gabriel was courteous and professional. Provided a quote with detailed breakdown and explained everything carefully. Once permitting was sorted with HOA and city, work was completed promptly. They repaired sprinkler heads without my having to point it and their crew was tidy leaving place clean after they completed the job. Very happy with the experience from start to finish.

Kitchen Remodel
I initially spoke with Gabriel at Intuit Builders with concerns about remodeling my kitchen. He was patient and walked me through his process, letting me know what should be changed and what could be kept to bring forth my vision. It is not often that you get an honest contractor that is not trying to up sell you at every turn. He was a great communicator and the quality of his work was even better. I would definitely recommend him, and invite him back for other home projects.

Great communication, follows up texts, phone calls and a GREAT work ethic throughout the process. We have worked with lots of contractors through our projects and we can truthfully say Gabriel, Abraham and the rest of the crew were the best. This was a paver project but we look forward to working with them on all their other construction talents!

I saw this company being recommended by a friend of mine on facebook, so I went ahead and used them as opposed to getting someone I've never even heard about. The owner of the company, Gabriel, was excellent to work with. He understood everything I wanted to be done and got it in a reasonable amount of time, which was a big deal for me because I needed somewhere to park my cars because I live on a house on the main street. I hired this company due to word of mouth from close friends and family who had used them in the past. I had old pavers that were sunken over time and they came out and repaired it and made my patio look brand new! Gabriel was very polite and always responded in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company!
