"unfortunately there a small amount of people who are not who they claim to be, they started off as really sincere and understanding people. The work began with the husband, after a week of discussing the project and hearing all the issues that he was having with his builder. I was patiently waiting for a start date. Then the phone calls began coming from the wife, the scheduling began to get confusing. She then had me call her builders foreman who had told me another story and gave me the one day to get the entire mother in law unit primed along with the ceilings given 1 coat of finish because the flooring and trim were being delivered in the afternoon. ( which never arrived ) We were one closet shy of completing the entire project when my crew had to leave. After many calls from the husband and wife starting about 5:30 I called them back only to hear complaining. So I volunteered to drive a half hour to visit with them, after a short while of being in their in-law apartment the husband had began to get way too hostile and abusive about not completing one closet. A lot of unnecessary amounts of swearing and anger from someone who towered over me. At that time I was bullied into leaving and felt the presence of bodily harm if I didn't give into their demand of returning almost 3/4's of their deposit back . The amount that I was allowed to keep was embarrassing ?.I was not able to handle the situation any other way than I did."
