Contractor was paid and never finished the job. The leak in the roof was not fixed. Contractor is not responsive to being at the site when promised, and has stopped communicating with me.

Very professional and gave me a great price for replacing my shingles...even showed me pics of what he did since I couldn't get on the roof. Vince Henderson is definitely invincible!

I liked them and they are fair and will not charge you if the repair is not warranted, BUT get everything in writing. Any add-ons, additional work, etc. Work should only occur when everything is written down and completely agreed upon.

Owner does the work with helper. Got a late start because of the sheet metal company.. I have been calling him and leaving messages for two weeks because he hasnt come back to repair the many leaks. Hasnt call back yet!!

PLEASE READ! It is hard to rate the quality of work because it is a roof leak.I had the roof replaced 3 years ago by a company from another contractor listing website. It was an insurance job, and they were paid to do what Vince did, but was not done. It was only through time that I could tell the roof was leaking again. I will say this, Vince was very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done. I am hoping that the quality of his work is as good as his knowledge. Also, his pricing could not be touched. He is a small business and does not have to pay for radio and television and does not drive a $50,000.00 dollar truck. However, if you want someone that seems to know his business and seems to be just an all around nice guy and if you do not want to pay a truck payment, I highly recommend Vince. Having said all of this, again this was a roof leak job and only time will tell! He did give me a year warranty on the work in writing so I am hoping I want have to use it!
