Invisible Excavations, LLC

I called them because I had other plumbing work done and was told I would need the main drain cleaned. Invisible Excavations made it sound like it would be pretty easy to use hydro jetting to clear the drain (and they charged me half up front), but it was not working. After spending 3 days at my house, they said they would have to dig up the pipe in the yard. One of them even pointed out a window and said where the pipe was. They scheduled a dig, but only after I applied for financing. When the dig crew showed up, they did not seem to have any idea where the pipe was outside, so they did not do anything. I looked out the window to find one of them sitting on my patio chair. Then they left without telling me what the plan was. Someone else showed up the next day, again with no plan. I sent him away and hired another company who was able to locate the outside pipe right away - and it was nowhere near the area the worker from Invisible Excavations pointed to. They were rude, incompetent, and had poor communication with me and each other.

They reacted very quickly and was out within a day to camera by sewer line. They were very knowledgeable and provided significant expertise.
