Excellent service and product. Truly a game changer for our family. But beware - when a year passes the service rep no longer comes to help when something goes wrong. And for us - if our fence isn’t working, our dog can get out and no one is happy.

Deb, the saleswoman, was very friendly and attentive. The installers were extremely professional and did a great job training me and my dog. A few days later, another trainer came and set up the shock part of the collar. It was all very professional. I would have preferred that the wire were buried, but it's very hard to notice, and the dog can see it and know the boundary.
