8-27-24 Horrible-to-nonexistent customer service. No local number. No local office. Calls routed to natâ l call center with interminable wait time. Price gouging for needed follow up services. E.g., placing flags for training a new pet was quoted at $495. I would never use IF again- they are like dealing with the IRS.
