Could not have asked for better service. Very knowledgeable and took care of all my AV needs. After submitting my request, I received a call on Sunday afternoon and they were here Monday afternoon to do the work I requested. Highly recommend, would not hesitate to use them again for any future AV projects.

I bought my on antenna, but it wouldn't pick up channel 8. They installed a much more expensive antenna, but still no channel 8. I'm going to have to buy a much better antenna, and mount it higher to get channel 8.

Terrible company, will never use again. Forgot about my first appointment, brought and installed the wrong parts when they finally did show, then charged double the price because the job was not "easy." The job was not easy because they send unprofessional, ill-prepared, foul mouthed 20-somethings who shout, swear, and have to leave to get parts to even finish the job. They took a one hour job, turned it into a four hour ordeal, then charged me extra for the privilege. Will never use again, would strongly discourage others from using as well. **IN RESPONSE TO BTZ** There was never a price quoted ahead of time, only a range based on how "easy" the job was. My apartment does have an attic, which your installers had access to and used. Your team was very disrespectful and you failed to address how you forgot the first appointment, brought the wrong parts, and took four hours to install a single network jack roughly 30ft from end-to-end.

Our teams are definitely professional and would never be disrespectful in any way. We are truly sorry you were disappointed, however the job is done and working correctly.

The Lady I spoke with Lisa was amazing. She was so helpful through the whole process. The people she sent out were very nice and did what they could do. I ended up buying their antenna instead. I look forward to using them again in the future

The communication in scheduling, confirmation, and arrival prior to the install was almost non existent. However, when it came down to it, the actual work, cost, and quality was great. I think the value for the money is spot on. I have a new construction home and ran Cat 6 cable to different locations in the house. the actual cost came in below the estimate and I believe the technician was honest and forthcoming with information. I highly recommend this group for Cable 6 install!

I received quite a few quotes from A/V professionals. However, I felt like BTZ A/V provided the most bang for the buck. Miles scheduled an on-site very quickly after my inquiry and was very knowledgeable. BTZ provided quotes in a very timely manner and provided excellent quotes based on my budget. Miles was a little arrogant throughout the process, but I couldn't be happier with the receiver and speakers that BTZ quoted and installed The installation of our home theater system was very good. They could have done a better job with the cleanup in regards to our patio speakers. There was speaker wire and sheet rock left in the yard after the patio speaker install. The installer did a quality job, within the house. Overall, I would have BTZ come back for additional projects.

Project: Install or Replace Antenna
He stuck the antenna up where the old one was knowing that it was knowing that it was not going to stay. Did not check the booster and lie about it saying he did. When I called back the next day he said he knew it wasn't going to last. They still charged you the full. They were suppose to come back out to fix it but has not shown up yet. He was late showing up the first time and I was told I was the only appointment that day.
