Fire & Flood restorations, including emergency board-up & pump out service, has become a specialized part of our companys operation over the past eight years. We have hired them a few times and have loved their work. Sadly I got no response earlier this year when we needed services again and we went with another with equally good results.

They never showed up or called and said they were not showing up. I took a day off work to have this done. I was less than happy. I later received a call from Jessica, who drove out to my home herself and did the windows for me. She offered to do them for nothing, but I am still mailing her the check. She did a very nice job, and I would definitely recommend them for the future.

The customer service was great and informative and the price reasonable. The technician called before coming out and did an excellent job of cleaning my windows inside and out, screens, tracks and outside lights. The only thing I would recommend is that they pay attention to spills. I had a some dirty water spots on my white colored rug that I needed to attend to. I would definitely have them out again.

Customer service was great. They came out same day for a quote. The price was very reasonable. He was on time and did an excellent job on both the inside and outside. I will never clean my own windows again. Will call again next spring.
