Inviting Environments, Inc.
About us
Inviting Environments, Inc. (Landscape Architecture by Sean Jancski) is a professional services firm that helps clients to design and implement complete landscape projects including pools, masonry, plantings, lighting, irrigation and permitting. We provide a professional service and work directly for clients and homeowners. We are NOT contractors. We are licensed and professional landscape architects. We represent our clients and prepare landscape designs and construction drawings that are used for competitive bidding to multiple contractors. This insures a quality, custom and cost effective landscape design. See our website for sample projects. Inviting Environments, Inc. has ongoing working relationships with the highest quality contractors and professionals including pool construction companies, landscape and masonry contractors, irrigation and lighting contractors, surveyors, wetlands and environmental specialists, architects, engineers and others. However, we have no obligation with any contractors and client-recommended contractors are welcome to provide proposals for the work. The first step in most landscape design projects is to collaborate with the individual homeowner/property owner to come up with an overall conceptual plan (or "master plan") of the property. This is a team effort between the homeowner and Inviting Environments and is fun!
