Paul did a very thorough and amazing job inspecting our prospective condominium unit!

Excellent and highly recommend. He was quick to respond, worked with us and the owner on his availability and incredibly thorough and honest in his inspection. Invited us to ask questions while he was doing the inspection. Inspection was on a Friday afternoon and we had report on Sunday morning. Extensive report with photos and precise details so we know what we are getting into if we do choose to follow through with this property. (146 page report) He was also honest about what he couldn't comment about that would need mason, electrician, or plumber to assess further to bring the property up to code in a few instances.

He has done the inspection very well and helped us identify the issue and cost we may incur to fix it

We are new home buyers jumping into a multi-family unit. Paul was extremely thorough and critical, something that we very much wanted. His report covered every last possible issue and gave good recommendations for how to handle it. He was able to come out at short notice too! He is very professional, and extremely fair in his fee. I think he probably should charge more but am very grateful that he doesn't.
