Issue resolved without the need to start the project. Excellent customer service. Discussed the issue thoroughly over the phone and found solution without having to spend money.

Nice guy, knows a lot about air quality but he missed out on couples things that were major concern for us: we could smell 2 different 'weird' odours in our house that we just bought and he said it was nothing, probably a 'old house smell'. Even if I insisted that this is why I called him, he kept making recommendations about other stuff... Not convince with his 'diagnosis', I called another company to assess the problem and they found out it was a gas leak!!! Also, he recommanded to tear down the tape on my ducts because its old and falling down, but the other specialist said it's an health hazard to do so and I should tape over instead.

I am very happy with Jonathon Keller. He was professional, thorough, and accomodating. The report was excellent and he explained every detail to my satisfaction.
