Gas Piping
The tech that showed up (Tracy) really took the time to look at the gas pipes that are already in my house. We were able to connect to our gas fireplace to add the stove in the kitchen. All the other quotes i got were double because they were going to run new pipes from my gas meter along the eves of my house and through the roof of my garage. He took the time to check everything so i will use them again. The job was finished in a timely manor.

Very professional firm. Ira Hansen installed a sump pump in our crawling space which flooded this winter. Their technician, Ralph, did an excellent job. They installed a very good quality Zoeller pump and their price came in significantly below all the other firms. We are very satisfied with Ira Hansen and we highly recommend them.

Overpriced for 15 minutes of "work." Presented estimate after securing parts which were not in truck.

Gas Piping
I had both a water line for a refrigerator and a new gas line for a gas range installed. Quality of work was very high and the whole process was explained and I was walked through the final work afterwards. Very friendly and knowledgeable service as well.

quick response to my call. Had a problem with leaky faucets. Two different plumbing companies had come prior. They had given me complicated excuses for the leak. Said they'd have to go underneath the house. Job would require replacement of pipes underneath and blah blah blah. Called IHS. They came that very day and fixed the problem within an hour. Price was very reasonable.

We asked to repair 2 toilets. He recommended that we purchase 2 new toilets as they could not be repaired. After checking with the manufacturer and a local supply store, we spent 12.50 for the correct replacement parts to make the toilets work again. I cannot believe that a plummer would suggest buying new toilets when the fix was so easy. I have no confidence in this plummer's recommendations or work.
