They never showed up

She was very professional, polite and friendly.

The crew came out and the two ladies were working hard and doing a good job. But then they realized this was more work than they thought. So they were supposed to send another crew out. The other crew showed up for one hour at 5pm. We hired them for a construction cleaning and they did not know how to clean for construction. Their price was double any other construction cleaning I have had and they didn?t even know what they were doing. At the end we were more than fair with how much to pay them but they wanted to be paid everything for the bad job they did.

Irene arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the house!! I am now using her bi weekly.

Clean House is Worth IT!

They sent one person who did not clean fans, top of refrigerator, bookcases or shelves, picture frames on the bookcases and shelves. The chairs weren't moved when mopped. I am a extremely picky person though when it comes to cleaning. I expect a lot from a company for the money. Couldn't communicate with her. She did do very pretty designers on my toliet paper and kleenex. That was a plus.

So a lot of other businesses clean and do a great job, so what's different about Irene? I'd say "integrity" and "patience" and all that at the most competitive pricing. Irene came into my house in my absence, and all was okay. I trusted her and I'm glad I did. Now you cannot say that about you every cleaning business. My wife tells me that I have a problem as I like to keep things way too clean. I am not an easy to please customer when it comes to cleaning service, in fact, I am a real tough one. Irene and her staff did fantastic job and keep on impressing me. They clean my house every week as it gets used for short-term vacation rental. I would highly recommend this business if you looking to hire someone for your cleaning service.
