Paul is very knowledgeable and is capable of diagnosing and repair of all appliances. He prices his work in a very fair way. Irish appliance is the kind of business I like to do business with.

After calling several other appliance repair companies and being told that it would be at least 3 weeks before any of them could come to my house to look at my refrigerator which was having temperature control issues, I called Paul at Irish Appliance. He was at my house an hour later! He was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He looked at the inside of the refrigerator and freezer and then at the back of the fridge. He showed me the condensation buildup on the inside of the freezer and the 1 inch diameter "rust ball" on the back of the freezer behind the ice-maker. He told me this was a known defect by the manufacturer for at least the past 4 years and that the rust-ball would keep getting larger - not worth fixing. I appreciated his honest feedback. I have had 5 service people from Warner's Stellian in to repair the ice maker over the past several years and none of them knew about the defect and none of them were ever able to fix the ice maker. We will definitely be calling Irish Appliance for future appliance repairs!

Paul called me back promptly upon my request for the service of two ice machines. He explained pricing and was able to come out the following day. He was on time and called 15 minutes prior to arrival . After determining what was wrong with one of the ice machines and explaining the cost for a replacement, he was able to locate the replacement, drove to pick it up, and promptly returned and installed it. It is now working great! The other ice machine was "an easy fix" and he didn't charge us for the labor to repair it. That machine is also working great. Paul was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend his services!

Paul was quick to give me a callback and was able to schedule my appliance repair same-day. Great communication and service provided. He also informed me of common issues that occur with that specific dishwasher type (very helpful to know for future reference). Dishwasher works again! I submitted my request for service on my broken dryer on a Sunday and was called a short time later. Paul explained the pricing and details of the job. He came out the following day communicating his arrival, the job details and his completion by phone while I was at work. He was very friendly competent and thorough. My dryer was fixed at a much lower cost than two other bids that I received. I will keep his company magnet on my dryer and will definitely call him if I have issues with any of my appliances. My Samsung refrigerator has water collecting in it. The sales person from Irish Appliance Repair guys said it was a known issue, and that 70% of the time when it is fixed it will return. They didn't want to do the repair because they would just be taking my money, and gave suggestions on alternative ways to deal with the problem. Their customer service was excellent and I will definitely keep them in mind on future repairs.
