James was on time and responded quickly knowing we did not have any hot water. Helped us out on a short notice. We even needed some electrical work prior to the installment and he found us a very reliable electrician. She was out the same day and completed the job. Thanks James. !! James was professional, prompt and explained each step needed. He repaired a broken toilet and found that my mom has water softener system which she had forgotten about! I was looking for a local plumber my mother could call since I live out of state. He put my mind at ease that my mother is in good hands in case of a plumbing emergency. He told her he is available 24/7. Having someone local who reminds me of my grown sons is a blessing! I do not write reviews often. You can take this one to the bank. Thanks, James!
