This is the second time I had IronDrive come to our neighborhood. They covered a garage and two patios. The communication was excellent and the team, Deacon, Ben & Jairo were on time and ready to work. Dillon did a great job getting everything scheduled. I highly recommend IRONDRIVE.

I hired Iron drive several months ago, to epoxy my rear patio and front walk way to front door. I made it very clear to the estimator how I wanted them to prep the concrete prior to coating. The reason for this is because of the extremely poor finish job Toll Brothers did on the slab.I wanted the entire slab mechanically ground down to a smooth surface. As a retired general contractor with extensive experience in epoxy coatings I was very specific on what I wanted. The crew showed up and didn't do any of the prepping I requested. When I stopped them they took out a small 3" grinder, did a couple spots then coated the 2 areas. To date they have been back 2 times to fix areas that were yellowing. each time the touch ups made the issue worse. when I walk out the front door all I see are irregular shadows in the finish, because they didn't follow instructions. I would not recommend this company from a professional stand point

There was a small blemish that wasn’t their fault but they came and fixed it anyway. Highly recommend
