    I hired Iron Tree Relocations LLC for the purpose of packing and moving my family. Initially, everything seemed to be going well. I was told by the owner that he wants to make everything as stress-free as possible and we got it covered when asked it I should start the packing process. I was quoted for 6 hours and they ended up taking 8, and they charge by the hour. Additionally, they damaged an old desk, they left my boxes in the garage and my bed in the living room. This company even left items in my old apartment that I had to rent a Uhaul to go back and get myself. To top it all off, they even took and drank my daughters juice boxes from the refrigerator. I feel quite angry and upset by how I was treated and at this point, I will not recommend this company, to anyone.

    I would not leave any stars if I could., I have to mark one star in order to proceed with this survey. I would NOT recommend these movers at all! False advertisement, fraud across the board. This company is what the law warms you about, blows my mind. My house , my life, is in shambles.

It was you who mislead us with your false inventory list, which was more than you declared, still, we honored your request but you have shown the true colors by trying to defraud us by not paying for our services & for calling the cops on our Black employee for no reason.
