Not reliable..their truck broke down on the day of the move ..had to wait another day before we were able to move..lots of our perishable Wares were broken...the driver was nice but the service..not worth

POOR in all aspects of the move. I was told the van would not accommodate all my furnishing. I could either choose what to leave or rent another van that I could drive. Several pieces of furniture were scratched and broken. Contracted personnel lacked all aspects of customer service. Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone to use this service!!!

"Troy and Glenda, first, I would like apologize for your move not going exactly as you planned although your job was quoted for 530 cubic feet and our driver, Carlton, despite feeling very threatened by your comments, did everything in his power to accommodate your over 800 cubic feet of space used on the truck... we did not charge you any overage from your quote, which is unheard of in this industry. We did that in the name of customer service. So I truly feel your assessment of our company may be a little harsh and I ask you to reconsider this, as I always spoke with you in a very kindly manner, and did all I could to accommodate your needs at the agreed rate. The men that came to our home to move us were quick and efficient. One of the men that moved us from Florida moved our furniture in at the house in Georgia and did a great job. They were very pleasant and efficient.

Total disregard for the packing and care of my belongings. They didnt show up until 11am each day. Their biggest truck is small so if you have more than 3 bedroom house to move good luck. They estimated the quantity and weight over the phone without ever having visited my home. 3 jokers showed up in flip flops and told me they didnt like packing. Youll be sorry if you have anything of value and ask these fools to move you.

The guys at IronTree were professional, thorough, and quick. This was the second time I've utilized them for a move and I would definitely hire them again. HIGHLY recommend utilizing them for your next move, they really are the absolute BEST. During our last move they went above and beyond. Our things were well protected and moved carefully. They kept us informed as they were moving while also being incredibly polite. Seriously, the best moving experience I've ever had.

There was only one minor casualty,a broken dresser mirror. We were promised a quick repair,which I am sure will take place.
