They sealed part of the roof in mid-April. It is now the end of June and the seal is already peeling up. I have called them several times because there are still leaks. Twice now they've said they were coming on a certain day and time and twice now they no-showed. In addition, they broke a recently-repaired piece of terracotta tile and placed a tarp over it to cover it up. They did not tell me they did this. I noticed when I saw the tarp up there and a large piece of terracotta tile sitting on top of it. Phone calls have gone unanswered. I had high hopes at first because they were super easy to work with until I had problems.

Make them give an estimate in writing. I asked for one. They said $105 for initial hour and could be a little more for parts ect. He replaced a wire and one circuit breaker. Total charges in less than 3 hours was $780. Apparently, "running tests" to find the problem was very costly.

The situation was much more complex which is evident due to the fact that your maintenance men were unsuccessful in resolving the issue. A breakdown of the pricing consists of the following: Master electrician cut holes in walls, drilled through studs, fished new wiring through closed walls from bedroom back to the panel box. Additionally, our insurance premium regarding work on apartment complexes is very costly. Hopefully this helps you understand the pricing plan."
